Welcome to Noosa Buoys!

The host of Noosa Buoys is here to make your stay a wonderful one every time. 
I have experience in running a boutique accommodation for the last 10 years in Sorrento, Victoria at Buoys On Queens. 

As your host, I love to share my interest in exploring the local attractions. I enjoy gardening, walking, cycling, dining out, exploring the local tourist attractions, painting and supporting local businesses. 

My philosophy is to be eco friendly where possible to reduce our carbon footprint. 
 The accommodation has a 16Kw solar system to help you power your weekend, along with a 90,000 litre water tank.

Guests are able to enjoy the gardens at their leisure and when available, use the produce. The property sits on a 2.5 acre tropical oasis, with one acre being rainforest, while the main garden is set out to meander through while listening to the birds singing in the background. 

Sit by the pool and enjoy your favourite drinks on the sunlounge or pergola, to escape the hustle and bustle.

Terms and Conditions 

Noosa Buoys Terms and Conditions: 

These Terms and Conditions apply to Noosa Buoys Boutique Accommodation, in Noosa Hinterland and the use of its property. 

We are governed by the rules of Noosa Shire Council and we are happy to work with them to ensure the property and facilities we offer comply with their rules and regulations .

BOOKINGS: 
All bookings are paid in advance, and cancellations prior to 60 days of your stay are fully refundable. 
Last minute cancellations will be on a case by case basis, and if we are unable to rebook the rooms, we will have no option but to charge the full rate. No shows will be charged full rate.

A copy of credit card details will be obtained from guests on arrival where booking has occurred through a third party provider. This is to ensure we are able to charge for any ​incidentals during your stay.

Guests:

Noosa Buoys offers its facilities to paid guests only, all visitors are to be met off site and are not able to use  the  facilities .

This is a non-smoking / vaping  property, guests are not to smoke in any areas of the suites, or around the pool area, as a courtesy to other guests on the property. Additional cleaning charge of $250 applies to any guests who smoke / vape in a suite. 

It is expected that you leave the rooms as you found them. Additional cleaning charges may be applied. 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

Noosa Buoys is an adults-only facility, we do not have any facilities for children or additional guests over and above the room allocation. 



POOL RULES:
The pool is shared by guests from the Garden suite along with the Pool House guests and from time to time the owners.

The pool use is strictly from 10am to 6pm daylight hours, for the Garden suite guests, and 6am to 6pm for the Pool House guests. 
 
Please have consideration for other guests on the property.

Under no circumstance are unpaid guests to be invited to use the pool. This is for the use of paid guests only.

Exploring the Hinterland 

With amazing small towns to explore in the Hinterland, make it a day trip to visit Maleny, Montville and Kenilworth, the boutique breweries, and distilleries to list a few. There is plenty to do and see in the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands. 

Cycling and Walking 

Explore from Noosa Buoys the amazing bush walking and cycling tracks. Each track is graded for ability and suitable for all, from the most experienced to the novice walker or cyclists.
Further afield, there are many tracks in and around the greater Noosa area.

EaTing Out

Dotted about in the Noosa region are some fantastic eating strips. Visit Hastings Street, Gympie Terrace, Noosa Junction, Noosa foreshore and Marina, with hidden gems in Tewantin. There are endless possibilities to suit your culinary desires. Just remember if you're staying on the weekend to BOOK early.
