Welcome to Noosa Buoys!

The hosts of Noosa Buoys are here to make your stay a wonderful one every time. 
We have experience in running a boutique accommodation for the last 10 years in Sorrento Victoria at Buoys On Queens. 

As hosts we love to share our interests in exploring the local attractions. We enjoy gardening, walking, cycling, dining out, exploring the local tourist attractions, painting and supporting local businesses. 

Our philosophy is to be eco friendly where possible to reduce our carbon footprint. 
 The accommodation has a 16Kw solar system to help you power your weekend along with a 90,000 litre water tank.

Guests are able to enjoy the gardens at their leisure and when available use the produce. The property sits on a 2.5 acre tropical oasis, with one acre being rainforest, while the main garden is set out to meander through while listening to the birds singing in the background. 

Sit by the pool and enjoy favourite drinks on the sunlounge or pergola, to escape the hustle and bustle.

Set in 2.5 Acre property, there is the opportunity to wonder through the to the rain forest, or enjoy the park-like grounds.

Terms and Conditions 

Noosa Buoys Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions apply Noosa Buoys Boutique Accommodation, in Noosa Hinterland and the use of its property. 

We are governed by the rules of Noosa Shire Council and we are happy to work with them to ensure the property and facilities we offer comply with their rules and regulations .

BOOKINGS: 
All bookings are paid in advance, and cancellation prior to 60 days of your stay are fully refundable. 
Last minute cancellations will be on a case by case basis, and if we are unable to rebook the rooms, we will have no option but to charge the full rate. No shows, will be charged full rate.

A copy of credit card details will be obtained from guests on arrival where booking has occurred through a third party provider. This is ensure we are able to charge for any ​incidentals during your stay.

Guests:

Noosa Buoys only offers its facilities to paid guests only, all visitors are to be met off site and are not able to use  the  facilities .

This is a non smoking / vaping  property, Guest are not to smoke in any areas of the suites, or around the pool area.  As a courtesy of  other guests on the property. Additional cleaning charge of $250 applies to any guests who smokes / vapes in a suite 

It is expected that you leave the rooms as you found them. Additional cleaning charges may be applied. 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

Noosa Buoys is an adults only facility, we do not have any facilities for children or additional guests over and above the room allocation. 

PETS:

We understand that you may have a the companionship of a single pet per suite. And we welcome guests traveling with a small dog. Our doors are open to accommodate both you and your beloved pet. however this is by arrangement only.  

Pets are provided their own bed and food bowl during their stay. A nightly charge of $35 applies for all pets. Approval is required for each pet booking. Please contact us directly. 



POOL RULES:
The pool is shared with guests from the Garden View  suite along with the Pool House guests and  from time to time the owners 

The pool use is strictly from 9am to 6pm daylight hours, please have consideration for other guests on the property 

Under no circumstance are unpaid guests to be invited to use the pool. This is for the use of paid guests only.

With amazing small towns to explore in the hinterland, make it a day trip to explore Melaney, Montville and Kenilworth, the boutique brewery's, and distilleries to name a few. There is plenty to do and see  sunshine coast hinterlands

Explore from Noosa Buoys, the amazing bush walking and cycling tracks. Each track is graded for ability and suitable from the most experienced to the novice walker or cyclists

Dotted about in the Noosa region there are some fantastic eating strips. From Hastings Street, Gympie Terrace, Noosa Junction, Noosa foreshore and Marina, with hidden gems in Tewantin. There are endless possibilities to suite your culinary desires. Just remember if you're staying on the weekend to BOOK early.
